# NativeCAD 0.22.0 "de Waart" — coupled simulations, easing edges, the Space Program add-on

**180 tools: the 178 from 0.21.0, plus `cad_couple` and `cad_ease_edges`.** Installs on 0.17.2 and later pick this release up through the self-update: `cad_configure {update:"now"}` installs it. Restart Claude to finish.

* **Couple a fast model with real solvers: `cad_couple`.** A reduced-order model is re-solved with each measured correction factor from SU2, OpenFOAM, Cantera or CalculiX, in an outer fixed-point loop that always ends with a named status. Every factor carries its provenance, a run can be replayed with no solver installed, and gates check physical quantities against targets fixed in advance. The turbojet's burner and nozzle calibrations are ported.
* **Ease edges the way a maker would: `cad_ease_edges`.** Every exposed edge gets a maker's radius (fillet, chamfer fallback) while faces that mate with other parts stay sharp. Radius by value or by rule (`"hardwood"`, `"plywood"`, `"aluminium"`); mating faces found automatically.
* **Sketch conflicts, fully named.** A conflict reply names every conflict it found, not just the first, and `conflictSearch.minimal` is one measured rule.
* **Volume meshing that tells you what it kept.** Stray input vertices are dropped before meshing, and boundary coverage is reported by vertex count and by area, before and after improvement. `stats.boundaryPreserved` is retired for `stats.boundaryVerticesKept`.
* **Analysis.** CalculiX 2.17 cyclic mode shapes are read correctly, cyclic-disk solves run in resumable chunks, LPBF supports follow down-skin and respect keep-out faces, and host jobs run detached.
* **Faster, lighter blade roots.** A root blend in about 2 s instead of 7.4 s, and a STEP an eighth the size.
* **The Space Program add-on.** `cad_export_body` writes an `ncsp.vehicle/1` craft, and `cad_configure {addon}` installs and opens the signed add-on to fly it.
* Improvements to the bug feedback loop and gathering. IP protections and checks enhanced.
* **Command schema 1.63.0** (from 1.62.0). Every change is additive.
