# NativeCAD 0.7.0 "Fischer" — whole-body blends partition and continue

**102 tools (was 101), nothing removed or renamed — every 0.6.0 call keeps working.**
Two classes of call now SUCCEED where they used to refuse; read "Behaviour changes" before keying off a blend refusal.

## New tool
- **cad_tube_sweep** — a closed planar section carried in the path's normal plane along a polyline/arc path: the pipe-and-tube case `cad_sweep_profile` had to approximate (CADSF-1017).

## Behaviour changes
- **cad_fillet_edges / cad_chamfer_edges with no `edges` selection** now partition and continue (CADSF-1034): every convex edge that can take the blend is dressed; the rest are reported under `report.partition.skipped`, one `{code, reason, edges[], count}` per distinct reason. Pass `edges:[...]` for the old all-or-nothing contract on a selection.
- A partial pick of a tangent chain falls back to the whole chain instead of refusing (CADSF-1099); circular edges are first-class on the selective fillet path (CADSF-1038); the concave (reentrant) chamfer builds (CADSF-1040); an island's full root loop blends (CADSF-983).
- Booleans on cylinder∩cylinder produce an analytic edge (CADSF-984); radial bore patterns stay analytic past the quarter turn (CADSB-697).
- `cad_shell` offsets curved faces exactly — plane/cylinder/cone/sphere/torus (CADSF-955).
- `cad_import` orients and sews shells at import (CADSF-1048, CADSF-1059); a hole on a wall's seam no longer refuses (CADSF-1018).
- `cad_tolerance_stack apply:true` authors the datum scheme and dimensional tolerances as PMI (CADSF-961).

## Budgets — new refusals, all named
- Booleans: `budgetMs` (default 120 s) → `boolean-budget-exceeded` with phase/elapsed/counts (CADSF-1028). Shell: 20 s cooperative budget (CADSF-1053). Tessellation: 60 000 CDT sites per face, degrading chord tolerance before refusing `tess_site_budget_exceeded` (CADSF-1057).
- Every bare blend/chamfer throw carries a reason code (CADSF-1046); loft and split refusals too (CADSF-1069).

## Fixes
- **CADSB-705** — a fillet whose band crosses an open bore refuses again (CADSB-159 gate) instead of publishing a self-intersecting body: the tessellator's CADSF-978 orientation repair now reports what it fixed, and blend/chamfer post-conditions judge the shell the op built.
- **CADSB-699** — partition-path fillet responses back under the 16 KiB modeling budget (grouped `partition.skipped`, deduplicated `edgeReport`).
- **CADSB-701** — `cad_design_review` drawing sheets: the polyline simplifier no longer deletes geometry (doubled-back arc tips, 0.1 mm arc sag); watertight outlines draw closed.
