Setup FAQ
What actually happens in the guided setup session?
Lewis gets on a call with you for ~90 minutes, installs FeatureBoard against your real repo, bootstraps an initial board from your existing backlog or notes, and walks your team through the daily workflow — creating tickets, running the board, and using the MCP tools from your AI client of choice.
What do I need to provide beforehand?
Repo access (or a description of your stack if you'd rather not grant access ahead of time), a rough sense of your current backlog or requirements, and the AI client you plan to use (Claude Cowork, Claude Code, Cursor, or another MCP client).
How is the done-for-you bootstrap different from the guided session?
The guided setup is a session you attend. The done-for-you bootstrap is delivered work: Lewis and his agents go into your codebase, build out the board structure, sprints, and requirements pads on your behalf, and hand you a running first daily plan — typically within about a week, no session required (though a kickoff call is included).
What's the refund policy?
If the guided session or bootstrap doesn't deliver a working board for your project, contact sales@featureboard.ai within 14 days for a refund.
Can I just book AI consulting instead?
Yes — general AI consulting with Lewis (not FeatureBoard-specific) is booked separately from the
homepage booking section. The bundles on this page are scoped specifically to getting FeatureBoard running on your project.
