A compressor casing with every spindle bore cut through

A jet-engine compressor case built feature by feature on the NativeCAD kernel: spindle bores through every vane boss, bleed slots through every pad, bolt circles on both flanges, blended roots on every pad and boss. One watertight exact B-rep solid, and every number below is measured off it.

The reconstructed compressor casing standing on its aft flange: three rows of spindle bosses, bleed pads with slots, hex borescope bosses and bolt circles on both flanges Poster

What is on it

Every hole family on the part, counted from the features the body is built from. Through means the cut opens on two faces of the finished solid; each spindle bore and bleed slot is also proved open by a ray cast down its own axis.

How it was checked

The same checks NativeCAD runs on any part: a through-ness proof, the volume against its closed form, both DFM packs, and a STEP round trip. Where a check flags something, the card says what and why.

How it got here

The casing was built in stages, each one a committed STEP and report. Open a stage to see what it added. The latest is at the top.

    Take the files

The GLB is the model in the viewer above. Each STEP is the exact B-rep for that stage, AP242, watertight and re-imported before it shipped.
